Off Topic...sort of...Hemacare/Delisted -2: Didn't Meet Nasdaq Bid Price Rule

LOS ANGELES (Dow Jones)--HemaCare Corp.'s (HEMA) shares were delisted from the
Nasdaq SmallCap Market, effective Oct. 30.

In a press release Monday, the company said the bid price for its shares has
fallen below the $1 a share Nasdaq minimum listing maintenance requirement.

HemaCare, which provides blood products and services, said its stock qualifies
to trade on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board.
