I can't tell if you're being facetious or not. As I've said all along, you and I agree more than our dialogue would indicate:

1) We both agree that it seems highly unlikely that MSO's will be classified common carriers in the telco sense. Differences in the structure and technologies of the two industries will preclude this.

2) I think we agree that it's starting to look like there will be some kind of regulatory action relative to broadband access (whatever that term means) if the AT&T/TCI deal is going to get done.

3) We agree that any such action is not likely to harm the core business of @Home, and if the deal falls through, that's not so bad either.

So what have we been wasting all this bandwidth for?!
