They lost once before with Pall when no one thought they were going to. I am a long term holder of HMSR and it was a spin off from Sepracor. I would be way ahead if I use the same moneys with Sepracor. That is why the support. Another problem I see is that HMSR does not have any money to fight a case in court. Buy I am still a long term holder. Today something is going on it over $2 with volume that I can never remember being so high!!
