This announcement was good news (finally!) and on schedule as per their business plan. The Schering partnership was established in March 1995. A summary of the agreement is included in their current annual report. IMUL will receive research funding of up to $7.5 million and milestone payments of up to an additional $20 million. IMUL will pay for 1/3 the cost of clinical development and will receive "substantial" royalty on net sales. Let's hope for a good day tomorrow at H&Q and excellent Ragweed results in the first week of Feb. Cheers! Rudy
