I'm not sure you can even buy it here via an ADR. I just figure that the llth largest bank in the world is obviously making a bold move towards survival here, and thus the chance of it zeroing out are now nil. All banks in Japan are dirt cheap, aside from MBK, Sumitomo and Sanwa which are all still quite pricey.
