Farid: Yes I agree that SUNW remains competitive in workstations, servers, and related software, particularly in scientific R&D. (I'd like to hear from business Sun users, if any, too..) Your last point, that we don't know what direction Sun will take, is a good one; we can't estimate tomorrow's stock price by yesterday's products. And if Robert A's department only had Sparc 10's maybe it was appropriate to replace them with Pentiums. There's room for everyone here. And don't touch my Sparc 20! -- Chris E.
