TLAB-CIEN Part Deux The words from the risk arb community is that TLAB will be the likely suitor...again. Today's trading numbers seem to back up that scenario or take it more seriously. Traders are shorting TLAB and long CIEN- a divergence from wed-fri activity. The market's priced in one large bell contract already. Nettles'll have to do better than that for this stock to have a chance at 28 by week's end. TLAB 53 -2 CSCO 64 11/16 +1 11/16 LU 83 1/8 +2 15/16 ASND 47 11/16 -9/16
