Does anyone have a snapshot of the insider stock holdings before and after their transactions in Nov.?

I am long on USRX, but like that FOOL, is bothered by insiders selling such a big chunk ($26 million according to a previous post) before the earning release.

It is not a big deal if the insiders still own a subatantial and/or majority portion of their shares. Otherwise, it is a bearish sign.
