Look at PAIR today; I've still got this one in my real account as well, but I didn't average down as much as I should have or could have. This is just one of those lessons once again about the market in the techs; they are volatile suckers and they get put down and put down hard, but the ride up is just as sudden and furious. I've learned so much over the past 3 years specializing in them and I really do think I know how to play the techs now. The JDoe portfolio is in the black for the first time since I think it was July and I would be up huge had I not been playing it defensively. Better safe than sorry though. I'm still up nicely in that portfolio and expect to be up more over time. The bull is back and it has just started. We should be looking good till mid-December; then it is time to get defensive again. With the techs; it is so often the last hour or just the last half-hour when these things get picked up fast by the institutions. What a day!
