Grommit you may have hit on a key point. If the tax rate is low due to Visio's acquisitions as you suggest, I can see it continuing into the future for some time. Indeed, Visio has been making really smart acquisitions, and it has a lot of cash and/or stock equity for more of these. No doubt Visio has tax planning in mind, if it has any control.

I do not know why VSIO's tax rate is low. (In looking briefly at the SEC documents, they certainly do not bring attention to the matter.) I bet it is NOLs from acquired companies.
