As Internet commerce catches on, maybe logistics will become more and more important. Let us know more.

To all: I'm now long PLT - my only penny stock and the first penny stock that I've bought in years. I believe the new management team and new strategy (Pallet Banking, etc.) will pay off.

Re the share issue & potential dilution: If Pallet issues $3million shares at .40/share, I figure that's 7.5M shares. Divide that by the 44M shares outstanding and you get a 17% dilution, right? (please correct me if I'm wrong). Since the price of PLT shares fell immediatetly after the date that PLT announced the potential share issue on Nov 22, if PLT goes ahead with the share issue, it should not have a material adverse affect on the price of the shares since the share issue is already reflected in the price of the shares. Make sense?

I've taken a small position and may add to it. Has anyone called the company to find out about their current plans for the share issue?
