(NewsTraders) -- Eli Lilly and Co. (LLY) 10% shareholder Lilly Endowment registered to sell 180,000 shares of common stock with a market value of about $13.9 million, according to a Form 144 released today by the SEC. Lilly Endowment owned 175,139,368 Common as of 22-Sep-98. Also, Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MLNM) shareholder Eli Lilly registered to sell 250,000 shares of common stock on October 26 with a market value of about $4.5 million, according to a Form 144 released late Friday by the SEC. There was no additional information on Lilly's holdings.
