Announces Finalized Negotiations with Marketing Alliance Business Wire - November 02, 1998 16:55 JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1998--Eutro Group Holding Inc. (OTC BB:EUTO) announced Monday they have finalized negotiations with Marketing Alliance regarding stock owed Eutro. The principals of Marketing Alliance had agreed in April of this year to take on a Eutro liability totaling $300,000 as partial resolve. Continued negotiations have resulted in an agreement for them to return their remaining Eutro shares totaling over 1/2 million immediately and the balance of the shares at issue will be acquired through purchase in the open market within 60 days. Eutro's management is pleased to have reached this goal without suffering exorbitant legal costs, and time which would have been detrimental to the company and its stockholders.
