The tone of your post suggests you got hit pretty hard in this fiasco. I'm sorry. Inasmuch as my share price averages .90, my net worth suffered as well. Fortunately, as you know, I didn't load up so my loss is manageable. Does this spin-off "plan" and hopeful execution feel real to you or just another Coco-nut? Peter
