To anwser your question... if you still hold USRF shares on Dec 1st... you will receive one share of New Wave for every 5 shares of USRF that you own... is what the news release said. Can anyone explain the price drop in USRF... Is this another hype stock turning sour? Anyone else around? Or has everyone sold off?
