Hi David: Thanks for your comments. I have a few questions. Do you buy PUTS? Also I am always in the current month as the options are cheaper, and my resources are limited.

Here is the list I look at for PUTS or CALLS:

AMZN,AOL,CSCO,DELL,IBM,INTC,JPM,LU,MER,MSFT,MRK,TXN,WFC.

I am trying to develop a trading plan looking at trendlines,support and resistance,along with leading indictors Bollinger Bands,Stochastics,RSI,CCI,Williams %R.

Since I am a newbie at this, I am always open to suggestions.
