How much clout does T have in Washington? Also, after tomorrows election if the republicans pick up the expected seats in the house and senate will that help T's case and will it effect the deregulation of the telecom industry ? In any event if T decides to fight how long can T drag the case out in the courts before it might have to open up access to the cable lines? Two years would make a huge difference for @Home.
