Chuca, the statement about the options granted to Ian McBeath being replaced with employee options exercisable at 80 cents tweaked my curiosity. Do you know what the exercise price of his director options issued in May? Is this move in essence a downward repricing of those options issued in May? Thanks for any information you can share.
