I know about crop dusters, I've used them for spraying and seeding.

A biological could be spread by a simple dusting. You could take Ebola Fever for example and drop in a flu gene and bingo, one person could kill off NY plus every place NY planes flew to. I watched a special that was on biological weapons. The "new" Ebola requires one carrier, that carrier walks down the street and 80% of the people die with bleeding from every opening in their body while their blood congels inside.

We had two dogs dig in a creek and died 11 hours later, Vets were confused. It was anthrax from the 1890s cattle from the tests. Lets take that and put in a human gene and a flu gene. So long, bye bye.
