agreed about the importance of signed contracts. earlier this year, share price when investors were "prematurely" excited about pending contracts/deals. Now, if we get real deals, the same excitement will be back...even better this time, iMO, since we will have real deal to buttress the price increase!!! it is only my "gut feeling", of course, but I would bet that A LOT of potential investors are following DGIV, waiting for signs that it is REAL and they would come in...
