Doug, TLAB most likely fell on speculation that the company is going to buy CIEN with stock. This is dilutive and TLAB investors don't want CIEN. My guess is that a lot of TLAB traders fell for the rumor because CIEN sustained its gains today. I'm expecting TLAB to regain some lost ground in the next few days and CIEN to fall back once the rumor premium comes out of the stock. It is only my opinion that CIEN is not in play. I could be totally wrong and lose my butt on my short position.
