Everybody wants to refinance, so to speak, I suppose the way to get the Banks to negotiate a more favorable rate is to not pay. As the industry suffer so does NEGX. So, I believe it is the best short term interest of the company to obtain more favorable terms. On the other hand, I don't think NEGX will be given unlimited time to improve.

But,

I do have an open order to buy south of today's close.
