Matt: If the 135 M shares represents 16 % of INF and they are going to raise about $3B ---- that puts the market cap of INF at about $18B. The whole corp currently has a market cap of just over $20B.
Using theINF cap of $18B add in the TV and the cables ops - you should come up with a cap of something over $30B - with about 690M shares outstanding that is about $43.50 a share. I would appreciate
someone elses opinion as to where the IPO, if it goes off as planned
leaves the valuation of the Corp.
