Hello Folks,

Times are tough right now, and when your equipment engineer comes up to you with a $100,000 annual preventative maintenance bill / stepper, for a laser rebuild, it is a little disturbing.

I believe this new warranty strategy is a way to move towards faster acceptance of this still "new" technology.

Gradma always said "you can't %u^# with the truth" it just is.
