I would have gotten out of SNDK within 3 months of IPO if not
for the rosy future forcasts made by SNDK management.
Granted , i would have lost some 10 - 15% but that would have been
acceptable to me.... you win some and lose some But what
SNDK's business forcasts in previous qtrs did not fall under
safe harbor disclosure.

In any event, william lerach's co. will be more than happy to
nail the cause.
