The rally is underway. There will be down turns to throw off investors but most stocks have seen their lows. Don't listen to the chatter of the media. Look at the long term charts, high volume and sharp declines of many stocks(in many cases 50% to 60% below the July highs). I think its better to buy stocks when they are hitting new lows as opposed to certain cable shows which recomend buying when stocks hit new highs.
