This market likes the fiscal responsibility of the Republican congress. Especially since it became evident by 1996, that the pragmatic Clinton had adopted the same. The strength of the current market accelerated with the '94 election, and has been up recently, as we expect no change. If the Democrat congress returns with their "tax & spend," I hope I am not in a long position!

The market looking months ahead, would not decline, or be affected at all, from any "anticipated" election returns.
