I do not think you have the right to speak for the majority of people i.e " No singleone agrees with your assessment " Have you ever done a survey on this?
or you just made it up by yourself ? These published views are not necessary the truth. My assessment is based on Colburn's testimony, and the memo what he wrote ,
it is not a made up but facts.
Can you give your points to prove that I am wrong ?

Do you agree that AOL took NSCP as a potential threat for AOL's online service business back in 1995 from Colburn's testiminy and the hard proof , especially the internal memo written by himself ? i.e "By working with NSCP, we may work with a party which may be a potential threat to our business " ? I did not make this up , this is hard cold fact. Do you agree that AOL took NSCP a potential threat to AOL's business by trying to take control of NSCP WEB operation ? Do you agree that AOL
suggested NSCP to divide the market by asking NSCP to agree not to enter the
onlin service business for three years, and NSCP concentrate on the browser business and AOL continues on its own onlin service business ? Do you agree AOL saw the threat from NSCP by asking NSCP not to enter AOL's business for three years ?
I did not make this up, they are just hard facts. No matter what you want to paint the whole story , you can not change these facts, and people with a brain have the right
to come to the conclusion which you do not agree. AOL gave the contract to Microsoft is because AOL do not like to help a potential competitor. If you do not agree, pls give your points !!!!
