No, I was simply rebalancing my portfolio. techstocks.com techstocks.com I sold some INTC because I felt I could get better results with the money elsewhere (even after accounting for the cap. gains tax hit). I was suggesting that anyone who wanted new exposure to semis at this point in time should buy the best...and the best is Intel.
