Chuca, I gather you didn't appreciate my question. I certainly had no intention of offending you or of costing you money on CSW. From your post, I gather that there isn't any significant repricing in the exchange of his director's shares and the new employee shares. Thanks for that bit of information. I have held IZP for a considerable period of time and my investment has depreciated a great deal. I plan to sell as a tax-loss in the very near future.
