You are right LT. Sentimentwise we are at the mirror opposite of Oct 8th. Pretty incredible shift! However fundamental economic problems - worldwide overcapacity, non performing loans, contracting 'emerging markets', capital insecurity, declining dollar, and poor corporate earnings picture next year are still with us.

Now the ultimate contrary view would be a Nov/Dec crash to 6500 or so(not during holidays? damn the torpedo!). If it does happen it would hit totally from the left field for most investors who are enjoying a big sigh of relief and just now getting into greed again.

Technical measures seems to indicate a pullback at most not a crash during this comfy time of Nov/Dec year end rally. But if Brazil devalues? Or if dollar swoons? Surprise would be to downside to be sure.
