Now,now Dan Clinton was President so he is responsible.You see thats the way it always is.The President must always take responsibility for what goes on during his or her watch. Uh.... of course unless it's something good that is . Now, you see the economy thats something different .You see he just happened to be there and you see there was this Republican Congress they did everything you see. But at Waco I hear Clinton was there hiding with a flame thrower... because he hates babies.. you see ..and this was his chance to get a few dozen more .......so you see...he...he. pez
