Ted, you may be right about CRUS management, and that is a valid reason to short (or long) a stock. However, I think market forces are stronger in the short term, i.e. a company can do very well in a rising market despite lousy management.

I believe that semis are in a rising market, and that CRUS will rise with them. Now, if I see a softening in demand, and a price on CRUS that is mid-20s or higher, AND lousy management, then by all means, shorting starts to look good.

But not at 16 or 17.

P.S. Please disregard unduly ascerbic remark #2 in my post to Tony T. It was... Uh... I mean... I couldn't help myself. :-)
