The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a Non-Brokered Private Placement announced September 14,
1998:

Number of Special Warrants: 1,570,000 special warrants (each special warrant entitling the holder to acquire one Unit - each Unit consisting of one
fully paid non-assessable common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant to acquire one additional share)

Purchase Price: $0.32 per special warrant

Warrants: 1,570,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants to purchase 1,570,000 shares

Warrant Exercise Price: $0.45 for a one year period up to and including September 14, 1999

Placees: Top ten placees (and 17 other placees):

The private placement is a special warrant conversion and all the shares are being issued to the private placees of the special warrants. The Company
shall issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly. Note that in certain circumstances the Exchange may later extend the
expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.

The plot thickens, Don Donis on the PP, keeping it in the family, the other guys I don't know but looks like the Mould's could be related.
