Wireless Office
Enterprise Solutions leads the field with wireless office offerings, as they are based on Ericsson's world leading solutions for both indoor and cellular systems. DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephony) and PWT (Personal Wireless Telecommunications), local or indoor solutions, offer high quality voice and mobility. The systems can be scaled up to accommodate the largest organization and different sites can be networked to provide site to site roaming. New dual-mode DECT/GSM offerings are further extending the capability of an internal system. Ericsson's DECT solutions have been designed to be integral part of its PBX offerings.
Ericsson has just announced its entry into the standards based WLAN arena and is actively developing the next generation of high bandwidth HiperLAN/2 WLAN technology.

Mobility Server 2.0 - the first wireless access independent wireless server supporting local and wide area wireless solutions
DNA (Dynamic Network Administration) - provides management and reporting for converged networks
Personal Screen Call - a web based and easy to use icon driven PC telephony system
Next Call Centre - the latest media streaming contact technologies providing advanced applications including intelligent call routing
IP, data communication and gateway offerings
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions works closely with Ericsson's IP development unit that is creating innovative solutions. Ericsson offers a complete range of data access systems and voice over data support for its customers. The solutions cover ATM, frame relay, fiber, TDM, and IP networks.
Enterprise Solutions is launching enhanced router/gateway offerings and enterprise remote access servers. This has come about through its acquisition of ACC -a leading edge gateway technology company. Furthermore, existing Ericsson PBX users will benefit from unique add-on features, as well as cost saving and high quality routing applications.
Ericsson is also involved in working on the next generation "edge platforms" for IP telephony and enterprise communications services based on IP.

Voice systems and converging networks
Ericsson has responded to converging networks (voice and data) by offering upgraded systems and new solutions. The latest version of the popular MD110 PBX system, the BC10, is the heart of an enterprise's network, no matter what type of network.
