thats nothing ro run a whole contry ASIA is in deep trouble yet I work in electronics industry and its not looking pretty out in ASIA. 3.6 billion is nothing to run a country anyway look at some other countries budgets. David DGIV good stock but I see this 6 months to a year away from happening this is JMHO but at these price accumulation is not that bad if your a long term investor and believe in the company.
