Has any prospective or current TPII investor been able to reach Phil Beaudoin, TPII's investor relations representative listed on the company's web page ((416) 368-6919)? I have spoken to him once. He requested I fax him all questions and info and he never returned my fax. He has also failed to return two messages I left on his answering machine. Also, has anyone been able to satsifactorily explain the drop in price from $5.00 to .87 cents in less than a month??? The Dec 11 - "Letter from the Chairman" on the company's home page claims "no fundamental change." I find it hard to beleive that a company will drop 85% on no news and "no fundamental change." On the other hand, it's highly unlikely the chairman Mighton would publish a letter like this unless it were true. If it is untrue, then the Chairman and the company are opening themselves up to serious Securities Act Section 12 liability. What I really want to know is, does anybody have a clue about this company and/or has anybody been able to get some answers from the company on the stock's decline in price? Other info which would be helpful: --Revenues from Ralston-Purina project? --Other contracts pending (ex: Supposedly they have a large Peugot contract in Europe for migration)?? --Future dilution?? --Possible Nasdaq listing?? --Y2000 efforts or results?? --Is there a prospectus or year end balance sheet available?? Any additional info or thoughts are welcome. I'm a newcomer to this forum but have recently purchased some shares of TPII "in the dark." Now, it would be nice if we could get some information forthcoming to see if my investment, and the investment of others, is justified.
