Ken, Bob, and others: Yes, there was a meeting, which overall I would characterize as upbeat. To be clear, TVI is still a company which faces a lot of hurdles....the below are notes I took and my thoughts. Bottom line for me is that TVI aka Allen Bender, Chad Samples, the entire board, and the faithful employees are continuing to pour their efforts into growing the company. Initially, the watchword was surviving the company...ie. keeping it afloat...which in the words of ALLEN BENDER, often made decisions very easy...payroll, fixed expenses ,etc. Well, the board has brought us to a third post Molovinsky annual meeting, and perhaps most importantly, as stated during the meeting: The first annual shareholders meeting in over ten years with current financials...did I get that right Rick...there was a lot of applause and enthusiasm over that... to be contin.
