Fact: Fred increased his ownership of the common stock shares from 400,000 to 2,531,000. His average cost is near $ .31. How do you know this? Thats 2.1M shares at current market. What was the cost of the other 400K (calculation please). Possibility: May Reverse Split - he DOES NOT INTEND to do. This is a CYA per Jonathan. The way I read it is he MUST do a reverse split to get the financing. Maybe he filed to convert preffered shares to common and dump them on the market after the R/S? You don't suppose jonathan has been misleading, do you???? jmt
