jmt, The filing says he paid $ 340,000 for the 2,131,000 shares. Fred purchased 400,000 shares about 3 years ago for $ 1.10 (my memory). The averaging is my calculation. The way I read the Reverse verbage is if it is necessary to get financing, he would. He is allowing himself a way out. He DOES NOT WANT A REVERSE SPLIT! Please, Please!!! Call Jonathan and ask him about the possibility of a split. Report your finding's back to this thread. I want other shareholder's to talk to Jonathan and confirm what I say.
