Maybe 99 will, but the 98 version does not even show "Wash Sale" in the help index. So one just forces it, adjusting their cost basis, etc... Otherwise I can't say enough good things about using the program to track ALL your personal financials. If you buy TurboTax which is also owned by Intuit (makers of Quicken), it willl download all pertinent info. from Quicken into the return, including all Schedule D stock transactions.
