I view mgmt as everybody that has anything to do with the financial and operational direction of the company. This includes the POS. I do however, think that it took far too long to ramp up with SIA. We also have heard rumors abound about several other entities that might be signing up with IELSF. What's that all about? Sounds like they have all of their eggs in one basket. Heck, if it takes a year for SIA, go to their competitor and ramp up quicker and tell SIA to go go have sex with themselves. If you have a product that works, get it to market. I just think that there pace is far too slow and that's a mgmt problem in my opinion.
