****UTI UPGRADED TO STRONG BUY******
Prudential has upgraded UTI to a strong buy from accumulate. It is interesting to me that anyone is being upgraded to a strong buy in such a tough environment!! What do they know that we don't??? If anyone has the report can they please post the details..such as price targets and reasons for the upgrade!!
