I will also be extremely disappointed if the company does a reverse split. If that lender says it is necessary to do the deal, then go to another lender if even if takes time. The only way I would be slightly comfortable with a reverse split is if Fred would go on the record and state he would not convert his preferred shares for at least 2 or 3 years. I strongly suggest that shareholders take the time and call the company to state their concerns. Ken
