Thanks Mike...They have in my opinion overpaid for some of thier aquisitions...Thier success is dependent on if they can get all these new Co's to jell. Hopefully they stay focused and do not stray from the water-wastewater field. They forked out alot for Polymetrics and Arrowhead and some of the new one's recently announced. On a good note Standard and Poors upgraded some of thier Dept,that is a nice sign!
