Hi, Tom, long time... The smoke must be from a Chimney at Day & Co. it's 7 days past and the court will not meet again unless there was proof to the court by there deadline and it's not for us to read that they did what was to be proven ! If it was there would be a great read of news on the Day board and from the company Crowing about the win. So IMO, dead issue. What's your take.
