Just a follow up to Gordon's message on the annual meeting. I agree
with everything Gordon said.

- there were about 16 shareholders there, plus the board, and 2 employees
- all motions passed
- TVI is looking at a 2nd military product line of shelters, it will be lower cost with the use of commercial fabric, cheaper grade aluminum and less metal in the frame
- most of the marketing has been concentrated on trade shows
- both the range targets and shelters are on the GSA schedule
- there are 5 military sites that buy range targets, Ft Hood in Texas buys one half of all the targets purchased
- Alan talked about Jerry Wenger - at this time they don't think hiring a PR firm is justified
- company has not been profitable for the 1st 9 months of '98, but
are hoping for increased sales in the 4th Q
- TVI recently hired a production supervisor to oversee the making of shelters and targets, previously Alan and Chad had to run the business and keep an eye on production activities
- most of the house cleaning from Brent, SEC, and company move has been completed - this has taken a lot more time then they expected

Overall Alan and Chad have done a great job just keeping the company above water with all of the challenges. TVI does have some products
that can be profitable in the commercial market (folding sign <which has a patent pending>, portable billboard <which was impressive to see>). They have to expand their military and emergency response business, while developing the commercial product lines. All in all I was happy with what I heard Saturday. But it is going to be a long road till TVI is back on solid footing.

Regards, Rick
