Pat, headed for ten year anniversary cruise this Saturday, to the Carribean. Will be back in touch after then. No plans for Texas until at least next summer. Have travelled too much this year! Oh yes, two further notes: 1. to those holding the "restricted" shares, the filings to the firm which lifts the restrictions will be made in the next several weeks. The waiting period had expired, however the additional delay was due to the requirement that the company must be reporting before the restriction could be lifted. It now is, and Mr. Bender indicated that the restrictions would be removed in the next several weeks. 2. I never gave the results of the questions before the shareholders: all questions were affirmed: this includes the decision to increase the maximum number of common shares to 35,000,000, thereby avoiding a reverse split. it also allowed for a qualified stock option plan, as well as re-elected the four incumbent Directors. Again, all measures received approval, and a warm note of thanks was extended to all the Directors and employees, and in particular Allen Bender. Gordon
