I perused through the prospectus and noticed that we are approaching the ending of the lockup period of 180 days. From the list of the major shareholders, my feeling is that there will be some sell off taken by the major shareholders. The current float is around 2.8M shares. Depending on the degree of the sell off, the float will be increased, and assuming constant level of demand, the stock price will drop. Perhaps an opportunity exists for a short sell profit. I would like any feedbacks concerning this proposed strategy.
