Dan,

I just invested in VSIO during the recent downdraft (I got in at 17.5). I'd been lurking on the board for a while, but finally decided to add my two cents on the tax issue. I do European tax planning for General Electric and have practiced international tax law since 1988.

I was glad to see VSIO's CFO talking up the stock (on CBS Marketwatch).
